Project Experience (Maritime)

Our maritime project experience dates back to 2011 and includes over 50 delivered ship projects. This experience is supported through long-term cooperation with an established shipbuilding and cruise vessel interior partner. Since 2011, we have delivered interior and refurbishment works on passenger and cruise vessels across Europe, covering cabins, public areas, restaurants, bars, and large-scale interior packages. Projects have been executed within both newbuilding programs and complex refit environments.

Workforce Solutions

Workforce solutions are provided through a separate, recruitment-focused partner with operational experience dating back to 2002. Workforce delivery has been executed across 30+ projects, including high-responsibility industrial and infrastructure assignments. This model enables controlled manpower supply with defined scope, clear responsibility, and full compliance with project, safety, and operational requirements.

Cooperation Model

Merix operates through a dual structure combining maritime project delivery and workforce supply. This enables flexible cooperation formats — from targeted work packages and dedicated teams to full project execution. Depending on project requirements, Merix integrates into existing shipyard organizations or operates as an independent delivery partner.
